HOW IT WORKS

Ordering your custom competition tailsuit is simple and straightforward. From selecting your preferred design to receiving your perfectly tailored garment, our team will guide you through every step to ensure an exceptional fit, premium craftsmanship, and a smooth ordering experience.

Step 1 – Choose Your Perfect Competition Tailsuit

Select the style that best suits your personality and competition needs. Choose from our Classic collection with satin details, Velvet editions, Navy Blue designs, or our exclusive VIP Premium collection featuring the signature gold Sara Design logo in classic, velvet, or Navy Blue versions.

 

Step 2 – Submit Your Measurements

Watch our step-by-step measuring video and carefully take your measurements using the instructions provided in the order form. Accurate measurements are essential to achieving the perfect fit, so we recommend taking your time and asking someone to assist you if possible. Once completed, simply enter your measurements into the form before proceeding with your order.

Prefer a personal measurement? If you're located near our studio in Martin, Slovakia, you're welcome to visit us for professional measurements. Simply submit your order form with the measurement fields left as 0 and add a note that you would like to book an in-person measurement appointment. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time. 

Step 3 – Customize Your Order

Complete your order by selecting your preferred competition shirt, accessories, and any additional items you'd like to include. Finally, let us know the latest date you need your competition tailsuit so we can carefully plan production and delivery.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially during the competition season, to ensure sufficient time for tailoring and delivery.

Step 4 – Order Confirmation & Deposit

Once we receive your order, we'll contact you by email to confirm all details, arrange either worldwide shipping or a personal fitting, and provide payment instructions for the required 50% deposit.

Before production begins, we carefully review your measurements and order details. If anything requires clarification, we'll contact you to ensure everything is perfect before tailoring your competition tailsuit.

Production begins as soon as your deposit has been received. Every Sara Design competition tailsuit is individually handcrafted and tailored specifically for you—never mass-produced.

 

Step 5 – Fitting or Delivery

Step 6 – Receive Your Tailsuit

The remaining balance is paid upon collection of your competition tailsuit or, for shipped orders, no later than the day of dispatch.
